After stripping the outer leaves off, they go into a tub of cold water.
A big pile of cabbage leaves, soon to be added to the compost!
Next they go into a cooler and to the market in the morning.
I like a nice clean display at the market!

What variety are these? I’ve never seen cabbage with long pointy heads like that!
These are called Caraflex cabbage.
